We’re excited to welcome new and returning students to the FASO Beginner’s Ensemble for our Spring 2026 session in Carson! Now entering its seventh year, the Ensemble offers young musicians the opportunity to develop their skills through ensemble training, exciting performances, and cultural enrichment.

The FASO Beginners Ensemble is a proud initiative of the Filipino American Symphony Orchestra, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Southern California’s diverse communities for 18 years.

Rehearsals: Saturdays

  • Beginners 1:00–2:00 PM (Call time: 12:45 PM)

Location: St. Philomena Annex

  • January 10, 18 (performance), 24, 31

  • February 7, 21, 28

    (No Class Feb 14: President’s Day weekend)

  • March 7, 14, 21, 28

  • April 4, 11, 18, 25

  • May 2, 9, 17 (performance)

Performances

  • January 18, 2026: Winter Concert (Call Time 9:30am, Performance at 10:00am): Glendale Adventist Academy at 700 Kimlin Drive, Glendale

  • May 17, 2026 (Call Time 3:00pm, Performance at 3:30pm): Spring Concert at The Coburn School at 200 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles

Registration Fee

$180 for the full summer semester (averages $10 per session).

Due by the first rehearsal (January 10, 2026). Tuition is non-refundable.
