Junior Orchestra

The Filipino American Symphony Junior Orchestra (JASJO) consists of 30 advanced students from FASO’s Education & Outreach Program’s string classes, workshops and master classes. Weekly rehearsals are led under the baton of Bobbie Sanchez, Director of Youth Strings and Kyle Bague, Teaching Assistant. The Junior Orchestra has performed at the Aratani Theatre, Branson Hall Boston Court, Glendale Adventist Academy, Disney California Adventure and performs yearly at The Music Center’s Walt Disney Concert Hall. In addition to classical and standard string orchestra works, JO also performs traditional cultural music from all around the world.
